Adam Curtis is a student at American University, majoring in Public Relations & Strategic Communication and minoring in Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, though as a D.C. sports fan, it gets harder and harder every year. Because of his passion for sports, men's health is an important issue in his life. In the future, he would love to work in the sports world, preferably as a professional athlete, but more realistically working behind the scenes.
Ted Stachulski is a former multi-sport athlete, Marine Corps veteran, traumatic brain injury survivor, creator of the Veterans Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor Guide, Veterans Outreach Specialist, and an advocate for brain injury survivors, their family members, and caregivers. In 2007, he received the State of Vermont Governor's Certificate of Appreciation/Traumatic Brain injury Survivor of the Year award for his outstanding commitment, perseverance, and advocacy within the brain injury community on a local and national level. Ted is a member of the Krempels Center, a nonprofit organization located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, dedicated to improving the lives of people living with brain injury from trauma, tumor or stroke.
Ilisa Halpern Paul has more than 20 years of experience in government relations, advocacy, and policymaking in non-profit, academic, federally funded, and government settings. Ilisa leads the firm’s Lobbying & Advocacy team as managing government relations director and is president of the District Policy Group. Ilisa’s practice centers on advising hospital and health systems, medical technology companies, national patient advocacy organizations, health professional societies, and other health care related entities with respect to advancing their federal legislative, regulatory and programmatic policy agendas. Dr. Bill Miller has been a physician in academic and private practice for over 30 years. He is the author of The Microcosm Within: Evolution and Extinction in the Hologenome.
